Hi, I'm Fahim

Founder & CEO of Gear 2 Harvest

After gaining over 20 years of corporate experience in the financial industry, managing  billion dollar business units, leading as an operations expert; I decided it was time to do something different. That decision led me to become an international executive, change management expert, and an executive coach. Working with colleagues and leaders across various business functions, across geographies and cultures, enriched my experience and helped me gain valuable insights. I have seen the organizational dynamics, leadership challenges, process related hiccups first hand and how all of these relate to individual lives and teamwork. 

As a veteran of team collaboration, I was honored to receive several leadership and excellence awards  and coached many rising leaders who reached new heights in their careers.

I use my first hand corporate experience, operational and process knowledge, change management insight, and people skills to help organizations establish thriving cultures. My goal is to create long-term value for purpose driven organizations where the leaders can inspire and build high performance teams that innovate and thrive.

I was born in South Asia, grew up in North Africa, matured in Europe, and settled in North America. My depth and breadth of cultural understanding and multitude of experience as a global citizen has shaped me as a human being and inspired me to contribute in the area of people experiences.
